Growing up on a farm in Northumberland County, Susan learned early in life about hard work, the value of a dollar, love of animals, trust in neighbours and the strong sense of community. She has chosen to raise her family in the same community as she grew up in, as it was important to her that her two boys have a happy and safe childhood in a caring community. Before Susan began her career as a real estate agent, she was a schoolteacher for 26 years, which has taught her how to be patient and understanding critical situations with students, parents, and co-workers. Susan chose to be a part of Royal Service Real Estate because Royal Service specialized in providing exceptional client services. Susan's broker’s integrity and values make for a positive work environment. Since Susan has been a realtor with Royal Service, her business has consistently grown due to her advanced negotiating skills which helps yield the best results for her clients during negotiations. When Susan became a realtor, it was important to her that her clients receive the most informed advice for buying or selling their home, as she has been actively involved in the real estate market as both a buyer and seller for the past 30 years.
